These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreDoc Mail's website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CoreDoc Mail provides an online platform that allows users to:

• Upload digital documents (primarily PDF format)
• Request printing of those documents
• Have printed documents mailed to specified addresses
• Receive tracking information for mailed documents

We are a service bureau that facilitates document printing and mailing. We do not create, edit, or verify the content of documents you upload.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Document Content

You are solely responsible for:

• The content and accuracy of documents you upload
• Ensuring documents comply with all applicable laws
• Obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material
• Verifying document formatting before submission

3.3 Mailing Information

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete mailing addresses
• Verifying recipient information before submission
• Ensuring you have permission to mail to the recipient
• Complying with all postal regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for violations of these prohibitions.

5. Document Processing & Mailing

5.1 Processing Time

• Orders received by 3:00 PM EST on business days are processed same day
• Orders after 3:00 PM EST are processed next business day
• Weekend and holiday orders are processed next business day
• Processing times are estimates and not guarantees

5.2 Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after mailing
• Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers
• We are not responsible for carrier delays
• International delivery times vary significantly

5.3 Document Retention

• Uploaded documents are automatically deleted 7 days after printing
• We do not archive or store documents long-term
• You should retain copies of all documents you upload

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees include:

• Base service fee for printing and processing
• Actual postage costs based on weight and destination
• Any applicable taxes
• Optional expedited shipping fees

6.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and print the documents for mailing
• Store documents temporarily as needed for service delivery
• Display document metadata for order management

7.2 Our Content

All content on the CoreDoc Mail website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreDoc Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreDoc Mail and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, rather than in court.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
